The Chesa Clos impresses with its exceptional location, offering unobstructed views of Lake Sils and the surrounding mountains.
Situated in the village area of Sils Baselgia, the apartment combines tranquillity, open space and immediate access to nature. With approximately 110 m² of living space, the apartment offers bright and generously proportioned rooms.
The open-plan living and dining area is defined by large windows that place the surrounding landscape at the centre of the experience.
Direct access to the private garden terrace creates a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor living. The private garden is for exclusive use and offers ample space to relax and enjoy the surroundings in both summer and winter. The apartment is designed for up to 4 guests and features one double bedroom as well as additional sleeping arrangements with two single beds.
Upon request, up to 6 guests can be accommodated for an additional charge of CHF 60 per person per night.
For this purpose, the living room includes an additional sofa bed with a width of 1.40 m. The bathroom is equipped with both a bathtub and a shower, complemented by a separate toilet. The separate kitchen is functionally equipped and offers sufficient space for shared meals. The apartment is also well equipped in practical terms: a washing machine and tumble dryer are located in the bathroom, and both a garage parking space and additional outdoor parking are available.
