Beautiful villa among the rolling hills surrounding Cortona.
The position of the villa is close to Cortona and the larger cities that both Tuscany and Umbria have to offer: Montepulciano, Siena, Florence, Assisi, Perugia, Montalcino, as well as Lake Trasimeno. Outside guests can enjoy a shaded area with barbecue and woodburing oven.
The property owners live nearby and while they are very friendly and welcoming people, at all times they respect the privacy of guests staying at the villa.
Available to guests: Private swimming pool (12 x 6 m – max. depth 2 m – min. depth 1.3 m), outisde area furnished for dining al fresco.
The house has a laundry room, Wi-Fi internet connection and parking availability.

Pets are welcome, strictly upon request (at an extra charge) Distances: Camucia with a wide variety of shops (bank, supermarket, statrain station) - 4.2 km, Cortona – 3.6 km, Arezzo - 30 km, Perugia - 55 km, Siena - 70 km, Florence - 70 km, Florence airport - 120 km. Please carefully check if there are any extra costs to be paid on site! Our family holiday (14 people) in a beautiful and very cosily furnished house. The house is fully equipped without compromising on its authenticity. This is highly recommended for families; there is still room for more people. A lovely area, with all the main attractions within reasonable reach.

wunderschönes, gepflegtes Anwesen. Richtig vernünftiger Pool in dem man schwimmen und plantschen kann. Sehr schön außerhalb des Ortes, so dass die Kinder einfach auch toben konnten. Sehr gut geeignet für größere Gruppen.
